Hacking might be getting a PSTV on Saturday, got a few questions

Hi, as the title says, I might be getting a PSTV on Saturday. If I wanted to get the most compatibility out of it, what apps would I need (aside from the whitelist remover, remember seeing a fake camera one a while ago)? Also, with all of the apps needed, what games would STILL be incompatible? Finally, how hard is it to upgrade from 3.60 enso to 3.65 enso? The person I am buying from has already hacked the PSTV.

I think you'll need an app in order to overclock the ps vita, you also need mai dump tool and adrenaline for psp games.
I suggest you to stay on 3.60 because there is a lot of risk and some hackers like fail0verflow i think, said that if you are on 3.60 you shouldn't update to 3.65 enso, you should wait the next henkaku. the new henkaku might fall at the end of this year.
