Hacking MicroSD Pairing

I've currently got a Supercard DS (One) and a Sandisk Ultra II Micro SD card. From what I've read this isn't the best combo speed wise. I've got an R4 DS and a Toshiba 1 Gig card on order (Same as Kingston apparantly). Am I right to think the SCDS1 with the Toshiba Card and the R4DS with the Sandisk Ultra II would give the best combo?

According to the R4 official site the R4 DS works perfectly fine with either one of those microSD cards, so it's up to you which one you use
