Hardware MicroSD not reading

Hey,
So I was playing Jump Ultimate Stars, and my game froze on the saving screen and I turned it off. Now my microsd isn't reading on either my cyclo or my computer. Is there a way to reformat it?

wrong section I think...
Put it in a SD Adapter in windows, Right Clic / Format and here it is ! This is the way.

You plug it with a card reader ou an adapter ?

I just used the reader that came with the cyclo.

Also I tried the rightclick and format but it says disk cannot be read.

you can try with a prompt like cd X (

Kk thanks. Well it is under warranty. Guess I'll just ask for a new one.
