Hacking MicroNinja DS - roms are not working!!!

Does anyone know how can I solve my problem. I would be grateful.

I received my MicroNinja DS yesterday and can't get any of roms running.
I use a regular 2gb Sandisk MicroSD + Sandisk Extreme USB card reader. My Ninja has Firmware 1.04 installed. I see the launcher, MP3 are playable but games are crashing. I tried using Fat16, Fat32 and every time I try to run a rom I get a white screen. Do you have any idea why is so?

I bought a regular 2gb Sandisk MicroSD so should be working well. I went trough different ways of formatting it. First on a Mac (Fat32) - white screens. Afterwards I use a regular Windows XP machine. I formated my MicroSD via right mouse click and format, setting up FAT. Games doesn't work - checked New Super Mario and Big Brain Academy which should run smoothy (according to review: http://www.emuboards.com/invision/index.php?showtopic=28090). All I got is a white screen.

I also tried low-level formatting with my MicroSD, then made a Fat16 partition and formated it... same white screens. For this purpose I used Paragon Partition Manager 8 (you can downlad a demo here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Hard-D...-Manager.shtml). Maybe I setup wrong preferences for partitioning/formatting... no idea?! You can preview my MicroSD details (see the screenshot: http://www.21tree.com/tmp/microsd.jpg).

Do you have any ideas if anything may help here? Maybe there is some special way I need to format my TransFlash cart? Or maybe you can just check your 2gb card under Paragon Partition Manager 8? What formatting specification it shows?

Or maybe my MicroNinja is just broken?!

your microsd is not wrking ok i guess,,, did you try use another one ?

if it's not wkring maybe the microninja unit is failed,,just talk your suplier so he exchanges it

try to blow the microsd slot,,maybe you've some dust there...

My new MicroNinja wasn't runnig too. Only two white screens.
But it was only a contact problem - now it's running fine.

It would be too perfect if it was a dust problem... it is not... tried blowing the slots/card... tried formatting a MicroSD on a different reder... I can't really try another unit (I'd need to purchase one). So still white screens, checked some homebrew apps as well and the result is the same.

Btw. has any of you got 2gb MicroSD working with MicroNinja? Would you do me a favor and provide with card partition details from Paragon Partition Manager 8 that I mentioned ? I could check if my card has them setup analogically. I don't know if I could screw up the card while partitioning/formatting...

maybe got bad luck with that unit and it's failured from factory ..contact your retailer and get my apologize...
