yesterday, i changed the thermal paste on my nintendo switch.
It was difficult to me connect the sd reader to switch board.
I readed that the connector of sd card reader is too fragile.

The console works without problem but i have a question now.

If the connector is too fragile and it was dificult to me plug in to board.
is it possible that in the future, the sd reader may fail?
Or if on the contrary, if it works well now, it will not fail me in the future?

If it works well now, you're fine.
The whole switch series is fragile, (I've a strong feeling that) Eb*y has got more broken faulty switch offers than good ones ;)
The good thing is, most of the issues are fixable.

The 16 pin little connector is crazy fragile.

One of my pins was broken (and I had to take off the connection to check obviously) and putting it back on I broke like another 3. And yes I was careful!!

damn that sucks.. I read that the SD card connector pins can even break from inserting an SD card too hard or too often, due to constant pressure/stress on the connector inside.

When I connected the reader to the board, I heard a "click" the first time.
when I plugged it in the second time.
I did not hear any "clicking" sound.
Is everything correct anyway?
what is your case?
