Hacking micro sd apacer 2 gb..............help

i have a micro sd apacer 2 gb and a r4 non springy and it worked for a 2 weeks but then it won't work now it says loading... for ever when i try new firmwere it says the hardware is not compatible please help

Try re-formatting your microSD.
If that doesn't work, you're fucked - buy a new R4 (or try to return it to the place you bought it).
