Hacking MH Tri with ocarina (HP Display Hack)

I'm trying to enable the HP disp hack for MH tri so me and my friend can see how we're doing in the arena, but I can't get it to work. The translation on geckocodes for some of the cheats looks like its just been run through google translate. Here's the page, I'm trying to use the ones right below the blue bar about a third of the way down the page: http://www.geckocodes.org/index.php?c=RMHJ08

Can someone format the HP disp hack with the other codes the right way?
