its a very very good FPS for a handheld, and its okay as a metroid game.

I didn't like it myself. It didn't feel like metroid. The one where you have to get the double jump to get here, the superbomb to get there, etc. It really felt like an ok FPS.

I’d say it’s one of the best FPS for any hand held.
But comparing it to some of the PC FPS’s, it’s just
OK. I don’t think I ever finished it, but I’d love to
see A MOH or Call of Duty for the DS.

I think it's a great game in general, it just falls short when compared to MP and MP2. But what else to expect?

The best advice I can give you is to play the GBA Metroid games FIRST. You will appreciate MPH a lot more...

the pen control was rather tedious due to the fact I had to hold the console with the same hand so my fingers which were holding the pen got tired pretty fast... but it worked pretty well for aiming, not 100% but pretty good. however mouse/keyboard is better for fps IMO.
