I have no cleu how this can be....
It keeps crashing in the Baby cry movie.

From WBFS it worked flawless.
Now I have it on FAT 32 and was trying to play the theater mode. ( Cause I completed it allready. )
It crashes in the first chapter.

Is this FAT 32 related?
If it is , is there a FIX?

I have all my games, including Metroid: Other M, working perfectly fine. My HD is completely formatted to FAT32, I ripped Metroid myself using CFG USB Loader....the game needs to be split into two wbfs files as FAT32 can only read files no larger than 4GB and the game is around 7GB. If you rip the game with cfg usb loader it splits the game automatically, I believe you can also split iso's and wbfs files using wii backup manager but since I've never done that myself I'm not sure how it would be done.

I recommend using Waninkoko's cIOSx.

http://filetrip.net/f23351-cIOS-Installer-Xr21.html

QUOTEInstalls cIOSX rev21 by waninkoko.

Instructions
1) Extract the folder to the Apps folder on the SD card
2) For offline install: Get the IOS wad you want to use as base with NUS Downloader
3) Run the Installer with HBC
4) Choose IOS36 (or IOS249 if you already had a cIOS). If IOS36 doesn't work, follow a guide to restore the Trucha Bug.
5) Choose wad install for offline mode or network install for online mode

It will ask you what base IOS you want to use with your new cIOS.
Install base 56 into 249; then exit, and re-enter.
Install base 57 into 250; then exit, and you are done.

I recommend using online installation for this process.

Base 56 into 249 should run most of your games; but Base 57 into 250 works for a lot of problematic games, such as COD: Black Ops.
I think it should work.

Run Metroid: Other M with IOS 250;

Good luck.
