Hacking Others Metal Gear 2 - MSX to Wii U injection

I tried injecting Metal Gear 2, all I got was a blank blue screen (it does detect it's an MSX game though), I'm not too sure what could be wrong, maybe I'm using the wrong ROM?
I'm using a translated ROM by the way.

Has anyone successfully injected Metal Gear 2?

I got Metal Gear 2 (English patched ROM) to work using the MSX version of Contra as the base, if I recall correctly.
