Hacking menuhax_manager v2.1 crashes ~ browserhax o3ds 9.2

Hi, I recently installed rxtools and I want to make it open when I hold down L while my 3ds is turning on.
But for some reason, when I try opening the menuhax homebrew app my 3ds just crashes
Plz Help
I recently downgraded to 9.2 from 10.3 just in case that's useful info
