Homebrew Menuhax screwing up Luma/A9LH

This has been solved.

So, I saw that Menuhax was updated, and installed it for fun. (Idk why)
Now, booting into menuhax throws an error at me, and trying to delete it does the same.
Any help?

And where is that?
I'm going to assume that you have an american console, considering your location
Simply go inside the Nintendo 3DS folder and search 000002cd
then delete any resulting folders (you likely have more than one due to having to make EmuNands/RedNands during Plailect's guide)
Folders of said name are reserved for theme data

and sort of Ninja'd :P

No matter how many times I delete it, and it recreates it, menuhax is still installed, and clears theme on boot.
The uninstaller gives me an error.
