Alright I'm trying to test it out myself but since im not a regular for Megaman games i need some tips on when this

"A cutscene with MegaMan.EXE will occur and when you give him data that you received during the scenario, he will convert the data into a Battle Network-related Battle Card, called the EXE Blaster in Japanese and BN Buster in English."

will happen?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
