Gaming megaman 1"rockman" gba cartridge?

so i got a bootleg cartridge and it has megaman 1 on it and it plays almost great on gba!
how is that possible?
(for some reason when the game starts it shows a picture from the animation "lilo and stitch" , the game it supposed to be.)

I don't know about the splash screen, but a lot of those bootleg GBA games used Pocket NES.
