Thanks, updated these in the file hosts. Nice "bug fix" and "features" release for Ventoy2Disk. Adds a GUI in your browser for Linux users, which is a nice alternative to the boot disk.

Is it possible by adding a folder of utilities to PortableApp for them to be sorted as in the folder?

On Medicat VHD :
1) I see in the parameters that windows is not activated ! Is this normal?
2) I can't change the system language either : I downloaded the French pack, put the keyboard in azerty, but windows still refuses to change the system language ! Do you have an idea on how to do it?

0.) You can organize your PortableApps menu however you see fit. That's the beauty of it.

1.) It comes Activated, so you must have done something to it.

2.) Languages will be added and fixed in the next release, it's currently broken in the first release.

Yeah, just about any Windows activation method should work, either with your own Activation code, or by... "other means".

Yeah, just put MediCat's background.png into the /ventoy/themes/uefi/ folder, over-writing the other one. If you want to put a different wallpaper in the Antivirus folder only, I don't know if it's possible. Would be cool though if it's possible.

You mean like expanding the VHD to be larger than 20GB? Or using USB storage? Tools exist to expand VHD files.

I have a 128 GB USB key that contains Médicat USB, Médicat VHD, Médicat Second Opinion... I still have 51.9 GB of free space left.
Is it possible to extend the internal storage of the VHD Médicat system, for example by 5 GB?

Yes, you can do it just using DiskPart.
