Here we are at week #9 2018 for the Media Create Japan Top 20 Sales chart!
Monster Hunter World still sits at the top of the chart, but I think this may be its last week at #1 - with an impressive 1.9million units sold at retail. Dragon Quest Builders for the Switch debuts at #2, but look at that low number, not even reaching 30k! That's how easy it is to chart in Japan in the current climate.
The Nintendo Switch trio of titles; Splatoon 2, Mario Kart and Zelda, have slowly been creeping up the charts these last few weeks, and now take positions 3, 4 and 5. Nintendo now has 13 slots of the top 20 overall. Switch hardware is also doing well, moving nearly 50k units.

XBOX One is selling even less than digital calculators nowadays in Japan... XD

    I know why.

Japanese people know what quality means, and XBOX brand is by far the opposite to that term... IMO.
