    This week's hardware sales

Week 27 is here and Mario Tennis Aces manages a third week in the #1 spot just breaking 200k copies sold.
We only see one new game this week; Zanki Zero: Last Beginning charts at #4 and #7 but only manages just short of 25k copies sold when combining PS4 and PSV SKUs.

Barely any movement in hardware but we do see a slight dip of 6k in Switch units sold.

The Crew 2 is doing far better than I expected. Splatoon 2 also has no chill--that game keeps popping up in the top slots every so often.

Kinda shocked Mario Tennis sold a lot, a game with what seem like just a simple story mode, and focus all on competitive play offline and online (If it still has bad internet) For a $60 game. Where is the content that used to be in nintendo games on release day?

Why is Mario Tennis #1? It's pretty lacking in content and a (Good) story imo

Their advertising and first impression game was top-notch, that's why. I remember playing the beta, the cutscenes and transitions were really good, it gave a great flow to the game and could almost give you the chills. The whole game isn't like that at all, it's the same thing over and over again. But they managed to make the introduction appealing enough to convince buyers, and not to mention making the beta free for anyone to acquire.

I would ask the same of Tetris even at the time it was released it was super shallow, but I guess if it's fun and good enough? (I did buy Tetris for the NES when it was new and probably clocked in hundreds of hours on it... I admit it. I was addicted lol)
