Hacking Medal of Honor Heroes 2

I currently have a Pal Wii, and have read on the release list comments that it works on a Pal system. I am however not sure whether or not i have to apply brickblocker and regionfrii onto it?

I would further like to ask, whether all (U) iso(s) I download will be required to apply both patches, for it to work without bricking the wii system.
