Hi. i just finished DLing a copy of of MoH: H2 few days ago and wanted to know that while i was about to create an account with EA online servers, will using a non-original copy of the cd which is just the .iso alone on the wbfs drive get me banned from EA's server? will they know if im using a cd or not?

no they won't know, and you won't get banned, and it's a old game now anyway, it's still pretty good though, and you should legally own it! tss
