MC lags on my PC... Yet I exceed recommended requirements.

800% RAM. 700% CPU. And the GPU is actually inaccurate. It by default comes with 512MB of shared memory, but I changed it to 2GB. So I actually have 10GB RAM but gave 2GB to the GPU, so it should be around 500% or more.

Why is this? I close out of all programs, set it to minimum settings, and it runs at about 15-20FPS.

If it uses shared memory, we already are in the land of bad IGPUs.

Radeon HD 84xx 2GB. Even if it uses shared memory, it should at least be able to play at 60FPS.

With the adequate low resolution, yes it should.

I tried low resolution, it's the same framerate as high. I just tried low settings and highest settings, they run at the same FPS. I had task manager open next to it, and it was at MOST using 55% of my CPU and 2.07GB of RAM. So now I'm thinking it's not my PC... idk

My laptop is shit, and I get a constant 30fps in 1080P, and 60fps in 480P fullscreen lol.

Minecraft is atrocious with AMD hardware. Minecraft is also a poorly optimized game as well. A suggest I could make is that you could download OptiFine or you could download Fastcraft. This is all I can really provide you with, as you have done what I could recommend you doing.
