Hacking (Maybe) R4i Problem

Here's my friend telling me what happened at her R4i/DS:

I've already downloaded another versions of R4i Software, butr when I click at R4i icon, both screens become white and nothing happens.
My SD have been formated everytime that I install another version, but no one worked...
I've already tested with another R4i Gold and it didn't work...

Only SDHC works at her DSi... Dunno if it's a problem with her DSi or with her R4i...

Someone could help us? (She doesn't speak English... That's why I'm here posting for her)

What's the site address on the box of r4i ?
There are various of r4i carts ..

Weirdly:

http://www.r4igold.cn/ -> This is the website on her R4iGold

But, at the box, it was written the SDHC website:

http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/

It is weird actually .

Back- up the files first.

Formated the micro sd with Panasonic Formatter

install the lastest firmware : r4igold.cn r4i-sdhc.com
