Hacking Max MicroSD capacity

can the R4DS handle a 4Gb MicroSD?

It can handle 4GB MicroSD, yes. But NOT 4GB MicroSD HC cards.

I wouldn't trust a standard 4GB MicroSD though as of yet.

According to that list, the Sandisk 1gb works but with problems. I have foun no problems as of yet...

Is it up to date?

I got a 2GB+1GB MicroSD (Kingston Japan) I got from Amazon. No complaints here but then again I haven't played those Castlevania games or Tony Hawk.

yeah i found that 2x 2GB card were cheaper, and i wondered why lol.

still, i don't think many people have experienced problems with a 1GB card. and i haven't heard of any problems with a 2GB card yet either.

and i haven't heard of anyone using a 4GB card to experience problems with lol

IM going to get a 2gb card this suday. along with my 1gb, that will make me ave 3gb's of space for roms.I wouldve liked a 2gb in the first place, but beggars cant be choosers.
