Someone is thinking, I just hope they end up just putting a M rating on Kagura and releasing it as is, no censors. More LA will be nice as well.

Well, this is something... unexpected. Yet awesome. I wasn't expecting them to actually try and make Senran Kagura available overseas. Still, it's awesome they try. Hope they will find that necessary partner and bring it overseas.

I really doubt they will be able to bring the game overseas, the game has you basically you changing the clothes of underaged girls while they wear a skimpy outfit. Media is going to have a field day if this does get released, they will all ignore that its M rated and say that now little boys can play with cartoon boobs >.>

Um, um, um... Wut? I mean half ALL the girls in that game look like (More funny that NSFW, but don't open if you're not in a safe place. Also, it's a link)

    It's crazy.
edit: I agree with cris92x- they'll probably deck out the girls in princess peach wear and give them a sex change, then release the game in the west.

The media is odd with stuff. You have video games with sex and crap in them like God of War, games with nudity and highly suggestive themes, but the media only goes after a few. Mass Effect got a bunch of shit from Fox Faux news for being a "sex simulator" because of the graphicness of SIDE BUTT and SIDE BOOB.

Exactly. Media does this, then companies scrap plans. Refer to attached minor adjustment of image for proof.
At cris92x- the media are going to have more than a field day- more like a huge orgasm over their "reportagé"

i wish there is a child version of this game.
at least some good news and that about luminous arc. i feel games have become boring these days and hence its all about what is fun and exciting.

Actually they were just doing a photoshoot for Dead or Alive and the US artwork was taken a split second after the Japanese one, hence a bit more coverage. It's terribly obvious, definitely not censoring anything.

That's my bad joke for today.

    I will too.

It looks like a pretty solid and fun beat 'em up. The theme is a plus.

Luminous Arc is one of my favourite series ever. I sure will buy LA3 if they ever plan to localize it.

Thirding this; while no one would believe me, I honestly saw the beat-em-up bits and said to myself; "wow, this looks fun; too bad it won't come over here... ...ooh, boobies too. Sweet."

There's really no problem with the content, it's just the style.

Japanese crap that appeals to Japanese people usually doesn't sell well outside of Japan. It's like localizing a Love Plus game. You think it'd sell well? If you do, then you really aren't good with demographics.
