Hacking Mario Strikers Charged Not Loading

I have a backup of mario strikers charged and it was working in the past. Recently when i tried to play it, i went to my backup launcher and started it up. It goes to a black screen that says "loading" in the middle of it and stays there until i unplug my wii. I have tried burning another backup but it has the same result. I was wondering if anyone knew why this is happening and how i can fix this. I run on 3.2u downgraded, gamma launcher and ios249.

Do you have preloader installed, check your settings.
Also install new version of backup loader v2 or Neogamma.

I have preloader, i tried neogamma, and still it freezes. The only screen i see after the gamma loader is a black screen that says loading int he middle, it doesn't even go to the screen that shows you how to hold the wii remote, and this ONLY happens with strikers.

Update:
i transferred the iso to usb and tried it with the usb loader and it shows the same result so i'm assuming its the iso thats the problem
