Hacking Mario & Sonic olympic wintergames download play problem

When I play with other people in the single card mode (downlod play mode of m3) with the newest version of m3 (10/19/09) it work great but when I chose 'play other games' or 'chose character' it hangs in the downloading window.

Please try starting the game with the "Y" button.

This is probably due to the Nintendo anti-piracy patch. Either wait for a better patch that'll solve it or wait for a new sakura firmware to be out.
