Hacking Mario Party freeze?

I've been playing Mario Party DS on my G6 DS Real and it freezes every time i get to the boss of the third world. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have any advice? Thanks.

get R4

iv had no problems with mario party what so ever

if the g3 w.e has updates i suggest getting them

If you are using the latest firmware, make sure that soft reset is disabled. I've been having a lot of problems with soft reset causing newer ROMs to freeze ever since I upgraded to the latest firmware.

I get freezes simply from random minigames.

I get freezes simply from random minigames.

I got freezes whenever a game used the microphone. Try the microphone test at the beginning to see if this causes a freeze. Disabling soft reset sorted out the problem for me.
