No wifi on Mario Party isn't as big of a deal for me as it seems to be for you guys. Mario Party is only fun if you're sitting next to the people you are playing.
Agreed. The fun of Mario Party was sledging my little bro when he sucked. Although on Wii he's better at MP than me.

I am typically really good at most games, but when it comes to many Wii games, like Wii play, I tend to get my ass beat.

well, i think FF XII will be better, i'm getting it first anyway.. but MPDS seems nice too, just no wi-fi

HUGE mistake Nintendo.. HUGE..

Maybe it's just me... but I always thought it was weird that people wanted to play Mario Party with strangers online.
It's a lot more fun IMO to play with your friends in real life (y'know if you have any

). Mario Party does not need online wi-fi to succeed.

Gamespot: "The games that are enjoyable to play in multi-player are nowhere near as good in the single player mode. Really, it's that multi-player competitive spark of screaming at and/or cheering for your friends that injects life into these often-simple little games, and without it, they're just simple little games"

I voted for Mario Party btw.

I think I'd play MPDS during the week and FFXII during the weekend.

Random dice throwing minigames during my stressful week.

And relaxing with FFXII.

Guess I'll vote MPDS

Not really 'looking forward' to either. Mario Party will be the same old crap and I hated Final Fantasy XII so I don't have much desire to play this cash in.

I so wish there was some almighty Chu Chu Rocket DS.

Hey guys, just wondering, before I hit up on FFXII RW, is it necessary to have completed the PS2 game without potentially ruining the experience from not completing the PS2 version? (I have played FFXII (PS2) all the way until the very last / final area before hitting the final dungeon. I then entered university, ain't got my Ps2 with me unfortunately, so I have to literally wait until the summer before I can resume playing it and finishing up the main story...).

Just curious for those among you who have started, if it might ruin the ending of FFXII by playing FFXII RW.
