Gaming Mario Party Download Play

Hey, has anyone gotten Mario Party DS's Download Play working? I have a DS-X and did the arm7 fix with dslazy. It freezes on the multiplayer screen every time.

EDIT: Seems like the problem is probably in the arm7 patching. Is there a better method than dslazy that won't mess up the ROM?

I will try it when i get home, I have an R4 though. Hopefully it should work with no problem.

Why should they? They have R4. The latest update removed the need for the arm7fix.

no, it didn't. It removed the need for DLDI patching.

if you trim it, it might not work

it happened to me until finally i used an untrimmed one and it worked

I'm not using arm7.. I just have the latest firmware + trimmed with NDSTokyo and it works fine.

Got it workin' fine on my CycloDS. Everything runs smooth and the mini games download very fast. But it's Mario Party, so it's fun for one full game. Then you put it away and don't play it again for a month.

When I pack it with dslazy after arm7 patching, it pretty much trims itself. Is there another way to do it that won't?

Trimmed with Tokyo Trim, put it on my R4 and hosted a 4 player download play with mate and two brothers, works perfectly.

It might be a DS-X related problem. From the replies here, it seems that all the other cards are working.

works fine for me. m3 simply and m3 real. for the m3 simply i just patch with arm7 still works.

Have you tried google yet? I think the older versions of Tokyo Trim had an option where you could arm 7 fix games, don't quote me on this though.
