I am just curious - maybe it's a buggy ISO image?

I downloaded it from here: *snip*
I just don't know where the problem is located - in my console or in ISO itself...
Maybe somebody from you guys with fast internet can test it? Pleeeease...

Original post:
I have downloaded Mario_Kart_Wii_NTSC_USA.iso and copied it to USB stick (8GB) formatted to WBFS filesystem via WiiBackupManager_0.4.5Build78. My Nintendo Wii (4.2U) is softmodded by this guide:
https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/

On this step
https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/backup-launchers/installation
I chose beta52 revision of D2X cIOS (v10).

I tried to launch the game via USB Loader GX, WiiFlow, Configurable USB Loader. Everywhere is the same result - black screen with error notification text: "Error #001, unauthorized device has been detected."

Any suggestions?
P.S. I used Search but in other threads with the same problem it occurred when they use DVD, but I use USB stick.

When I launch Configurable USB Loader it says this info about itself/system:
Code:
IOS249 (r21006)
Base: IOS56 d2x v6 mload v1.0

Here's SysCheck report:
