ROM Hack Mario Kart DS all courses on WiFi

I was playing on WiFi today and I saw someone pick Tick Tock Clock at the course selection screen. TTC isn't available for online play, at least not officially. Does anybody know a hack to enable all courses online?

You need a brain and a hex editor.

Edit 1: I'll assume you're using a SLOT-1 card and a ROM-image, not an original MKDS and a GBA flashcard or an Action replay
Ignore all steps pertaining to the m3 perfect, and just patch a clean rom image, follow the Hex editor steps and copy your edited rom to your cart.

Got both, thanks alot. It's awesome though now I do see why they removed courses off wifi. In Airship Fortress items sometimes vanish when used, must be too much memory/cpu load for the DS.
