There was a Patch for fixing the Anti-Piracy (Watcha- 'ma - Call - it) on the Saving/Making a file Beginning of the Game( http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=184655). I'm not sure if there is a a patch or fix for the Flying part that I've been hearing about.
