ROM Hack Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story DX Plugin Issue

On speedfly.cn, there is a code for the new Mario and Luigi remake that features cheats I would love to use in-game. However, when booting the file, I only receive access to cheats #1-4. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this, or is it a problem with the code? Any thoughts appreciated!

I seen "Item VIP". I think that site has VIP members which have another download link i think, where they get the other cheats

Ok i checked and i was right. They have a VIP service, so VIPs get extra cheats that are sooo better than the ones we get
