Hello Everybody,

what i have:

Mariko Switch FW 11.0.0
SX Core with sx os 3.1.0
Emunand 11.0.0 (updatet with Choi)
400gb Micro SD

Everything works fine, but i like to buy stardew valley and play it over lan on sysnand. Thats not possible with FW 11.0.0

SX OS doesnt support FW 11.0.1 so i want to take the step and switch to Atmosphere.

I found some nice tutorials (for example https://psxtools.de/forum/index.php...mit-einem-sx-core-sx-lite-modchip-einrichten/ ) but they are all for brand new Switches or for migrating.
I want so start new.

What should i do? Delete Emunand, factory reset the sysnand, Update the Switch to 11.0.1 and start following the tutorials?

Thanks in advance!

Everything works fine and seems much more convenient than SXOS.

Now the Switch boots to hekate, i select "launch" and "atmosphere"

When i like to boot to ofw, i have to select "reboot" and "ofw.

Can i add an option for OWF to the select screen, after i hit the "Launch" Button?
Would that be the same as using "reboot" --> "ofw" ?

Thanks in advance

Thank you very much! Found that site aswell.

I just want to be sure to get rid of alle the crap.

I will delete emunand and start with

EDIT: it was surprisingly easy :)
It seems the site has been taken down. Does anyone have another similar source?

Can you explain from the beginning step by step? What files you used?
My Switch has the same SX OS and firmware as you had and want to use atmosphere.

hello, sorry for reviving this thread. I'm currently in the similar situation as OP (when he posted this).

I have a sxos core chip installed on my gen2 switch, paid a guy to do everything, since i dont have his contact anymore and I can't play any new games due to sxos being dead, I need to upgrade

From looking at the system settings and the sd card directory, I got the following info:
128gb sd card
nintendo switch OS is 10.2.0
SX Core with SX-OS 3.0.5
not sure what version eumunand but i saw a choidojourNX file.

Same as OP, I want to do a fresh start with atmosphere, don't care for existing game files, save files etc. I've already backed up the entire SD card (if things go south)

I've looked through the guide that OP posted and it looks doable

also found another guide on the same site, can't post link as i'm a new user, but the guide title is
How to migrate from SXOS to Atmosphere --- rentry[.]org/mys8q
looks more complicated and mentions that ChoiDuJourNX corrupts your boot0/boot1 etc. get a donor boot0/boot1 or backup your SysNAND boot0/boot1, does my full sd card backup cover this?

If I follow OP's guide , do I need to prepare for the ChoiDuJourNX issue in the other guide?
(Sorry if the question is dumb)

I'd recommend not switching to Atmosphere for a number of reasons. The main reason being you don't fully understand what you're doing. Instead, try my suggestion below to run games on SXOS.

Update Switch firmware to 11.0
Update SX OS to 3.1.0
Download SAK 64
Use SAK 64 to downgrade game firmware requirement
????
Profit.

Not everything can be downgraded, newer games are now starting to require firmware beyond 11.0.1+. I would suggest using a separate SD card and setting up a new emuMMC using Hekate.
can i confirm that this guide - rentry[.]co/MarikoEmuNAND does that?
