Hardware map c-stick and zl and zr buttons on smash on the 3ds?

Hello guys I was wondering if it was possible to set the c-stick to attack and map the zl and zr buttons to something else on the 3ds for smash. thank you

I was also wondering if I could reverse engineer gravity.

I don't think it's possible without a lot of hacking/hardware customization.

I mean if it was possible they would program it into the game. If it's not in the game and there's no homebrew program allowing re-mapping of keys (which would require kernel access with persistence through to the said loaded game), it's not a very logical question to ask.

You can change the controls in the Options menu. I don't know if the N3DS buttons/stick are changeable, as I don't have my N3DS yet. (still gotta save up to pay back my parents before I can claim it)

The new buttons can't be reprogrammed.
For that matter, the button configurator in SSB4 sucks as you can only swap buttons around -- you must have 2 jumps, 1 normal attack, 1 special, ...
