If by utopia you mean fascist police state. But seriously, I guess the UK wanted to make sure Manhunt 2 was really popular. Banning and protesting things for being offensive just increases demand every time. Look what happened with the DaVinchi code after the church flipped a shit over it. And that was not a very good movie or book!
Seriously, it's not that big a leap from banning games like this and hardcore porn and hate speech, to banning Tarantino movies and softcore porn and political speech that disagrees with the government. Do you really want to live in the societies described in 1984, Brave New World, or Fahrenheit 451.
If you don't like it don't buy it and don't let it near your kids. Nobody is forcing you. There's lots of things in the world I find deeply offensive, but non of them are so offensive as the idea that they would be forbidden from expressing those ideas.
And in terms of the comment about child pornography, you don't need censorship laws for child pornography, because that vile crap rightfully falls under child abuse and molestation laws and therefore is already illegal.
