Rated "M" games are not like porn in the US...A kid can play or own an "M" rated game, same as he/she can own an "R" rated DVD, they just can't(or should I say not supposed to be able to) walk into a store and buy(or rent from a Blockbuster) an "M" rated game.

A/O is the equivelant of an NC-17 or X rating, where as a minor(under the age of 18) cannot own, possess, or view said material....

Games + movies may have a 18+ recomended age limit, but in australia I dont think its illegal to sell them to kids. I bought a 18+ movie (not a porno you sickos!!!) and im not 18.. they didnt even ask for ID. A 7 year old could see a 15+ movie as long as he's got a parent or somthing there.

I dont know the law, but I would sell stuff to underage kids all the time to make more money. Their loaded.

Its disgusting how they kept repeating GTAIV over and over again. EVen more so how they compared him to the character in the game.
Game is an interactive medium. Does that mean that whenever a child reads a "choose your own adventure" type book, he then proceeds and imitates the book in real life?

Your teacher is giving you a scolding. Do you:

1. Lower your head and say you're sorry. (Go to Page 83.)

2. Vanquish the wretched demon and banish him to the depths of hell with your Shining Blade Of Justice. (Go to Page 96.)

3. Call on your Team of Justice and proceed to scheme a trap to slay your adversary. ( Go to Page 94.)

ratings and an agenda. probably a right wing news station that doesn't want these games sold so they try to make them look bad.
