Hacking Making unofficial iPlayer OS??

Hello,
I got a iPlayer (almost a year ago, made also skinz) and, for fun i putted the SuperCard OS on it, with impressive result!
Its almost the same structure; and it ran!
Only, when it goes to the files, it goes stuck.
You cannot run it directly from the flashcard, you must do it with the iplayer MENU itself without DLDI.
Why you cant run it directly, you ask?
It gives the DSi-BSOD xD

The only thing is, the iplayer OS is encrypted....
Almost 4 days, still no sdk from iplayer, not even e-mail!!!

So, Can't we make a iPlayer OS with the SuperCard OS?
Just asking, if it even does can, not requesting lol.
