Making Short MP3s Longer (Looping)

Yeah, so I don't really know how to make an MP3 longer... It's 1:09, I believe, and it's appropriate to loop it.
Can someone tell me a way to loop the MP3?

Take Cool Edit. Open the mp3 file. Copy it and paste it at the end of the file. Repeat. Save as mp3.
