Making piano parts for songs is hard!!

    I've been working for 2 weeks trying to think of a piano part for a song that me and the band I'm in are working on.Anyone have any tips to make it easier>?

    Hmmmm. Depends. Do you want just chords, or quick notes in succession? BEcause chords are the easiest, they just have to fit in with the other notes. It also depends what key you are in.

    Well from what i've learned so far ya chords are way easier but idk for me I usually do like chords and notes .um I'm not really sure what the song's key is lol um from what I think(basing it off a riff I made with the guitar) I think for the piano key only c and f are normally played everything else is on the black keys.

    I did I even tried adding some stuff but idk doesn't really make it sound good and usually it does lol.
