Is there a way to check the validity of a gamertag that has been used on a a JTAG box via a tool for PC?
My plan was to take my current GT from my JTAG box with a legit gamerscore (no hacked achievements, all got by playing, only 10,000G) and set that up on a new stock xbox with a live account.

I know that apps like xexmenu and FSD add new game content to the GT so I'd want to clean it up as much as possible.

    Thanks

I think that XeXMenu also saves to your GT....

As of now I have no idea...

You could make a new GT on your jTAG, boot up XeXMenu, boot up a game and get 1 achievement.

Then pop it in a legit 360 and throw it on live.

If the profile gets banned you'll know that you can't get it on Live then.

I keep my gamertag on a usb drive and just remove it when I need to use xexmenu or FSD then reinsert it when I need too.

    @431unknown, smart lad.

It's already been determined that using xexmenu or FSD flags your account, as it adds "game profile" data to your profile. M$ knows that this isnt legit stuff and can ban your account.
Now if I could, I want to delete this added data from XEXMENU or FSD or whatever, and leave as clean a profile as I can, but I am not sure how to do this.
I am pretty sure LE FLUFFIE or MODIO could preiously do this, as I am pretty sure I have tried something like this before, but now, it doesnt seem possible...

    I will keep looking.

I don't know how you can get around it, but the best thing I can come up with is to make an account on a live box that is legit and just start over.

Hmm so you boot up the Xbox and start a game and then you log in?!

Yes since that skips data logging of XeXMenu or any other homebrew software.
Just sign in in game with your profile and you should be safe.

I think it won't work with a flagged console since they corrupt gamertags and savedgames.
Then again I can be wrong.

XeXMenu, freestyle dash, and the SNes emu will add gpd (might be spelled wrong) file into you gt. So yes once the game start its safe to log in. Alway make a back up of ur profile before playing a game if you game has a unknown error and crashes (using freestyle dash) it will boot u back to freestyle dash while u gt is signed in.

flagged console is not a issue. IF YOU made an updated hacked dash using one of the all in one apps or used fbBuild/ggBuild you files in the hacked nand will not flagged since they overwrite the file that hold on the flagged consoles. (I don't remember which file it is off hand)

That is something I didn't know since I never owned a flagged/banned console.
