Hacking Making a VBA save into one my M3 will recognize?

I have a Pokemon save with lots of Pokemon on it that i made on VBA, and I want to transfer it to the m3, or convert it. Is this possible?

in the M3 Game Manager, Right click the game you want to transfer the Save, Select the Save function and write the .sav you have from your VBA game to the game that is in the cart.
