Making A Starter Have A 1/10 Chances of Being Shiny?!

    Hey everyone, I've recently started back on the Pokemon Hack I'm making, and I was wondering what program do I use to make the starters have a 1/10 chances of being shiny? Like, a way to edit the probability of it happening! Thanks Tempers!~

    my dad works for nintendo.
    since the probability of being shiny is the same as you would get via hatch or wild Pokemon i think you can't do much about it. you would have to change the value of the general shiny, that means all pokemon would be 1/10 change of being shiny...

    but i am not sure about this...

    Hm... I would do that, but that would make having a shiny no fun if you can just sit there and run into shinies! :P
