Hardware Make own Cht files?

The Cheat files for german pokemon games are trash (EZ Omega) and I wanna make my own but i downt understand the cheat lines... I wanna use the Gameshark codes from here

I have not properly looked into the Omega cheat format yet but it should be possible to edit some things in. I am not sure if some of the older conversion tools (GBA flash carts and emulators had things with the extension .cht for many many years, though there was some variation between different carts and different emulators)

At the same time if the cheat engine falls short you could also try https://gbatemp.net/threads/gba-auto-trainer-maker-gbaatm.99334/ to hardpatch some cheats into the ROM.
