At the moment I'm seeing an option to remove members from a group.

If a user is removed and keeps rejoining the group you might want to consider:
- asking the person nicely not to rejoin
- switching to invite only or approval-based memberships temporarily,
- if the situation persists contact a moderator to enforce this.

it's not ideal but it's a solution at least? I hope it doesn't come to that.

- This will definitely not always work.
- I'd rather not make a group invite only or approval only, and the theoretical member could rejoin easily after that
- I guess, but eh.
I still think implementing a "ban user from group" feature would be good.

I can easily see why this may be a need for a ban/block function, especially for Stealphie in particular considering they own a particular group that's sure to attract some less than savory types. I get why the hesitance to add such a feature might be there in the case of less inherently controversial groups, but I don't really want one of the more pleasant groups I'm in to turn into a debate club by people who just want to be assholes.

If there is a black list applied to the group, it is really good.
Those who reapply after rejection, is definitely a harassment

Also, can the messages, group membership request from xxxxxx, be moved back to notification, instead of Conversations?? those messages are not really conversation I believe
There is actually no scope for discussion there. (I've got about 10 messages for applying a day, so many)
