Hacking make an nro that can change ini files like the emmunand from 1 to 0 emmunand-enabler.nro

if its true that just modifying the ini file for emunand to either a 0 or a 1 can someone who knows how to code nro files make a ini changer as i hate opening the editor for the switch the example should be emmunand-enabler.nro that just edits the ini file like a kip selection app it cant be that hard and it would come in super handy.... rack your brains coders.....
