And funny, at the end, he says that if you have a working 3DS, it's might be better to save your money for now. I suppose Nintendo will now think twice before sending him things because it's not really some good advertising for them xD

But at least, it show he's honest and don't make advertising for Nintendo xD

Well Im super excited for my MM N3DS, I'm planning at camping out at my local Bestbuy and Fry's electronics to see if I can get a hold of a majora's mask limited edition game. I still can't be NOA screwed up on the run of the LE games and Hardware.

yes it does use it but does not require it or the n3ds. it is used for better camera control

Would be pretty dumb to bitch at him, as he didn't even asked Nintendo to get one.

Not to mention I preordered one personally, so I don't really care if it got it earlier or not xD

It would have been cool to say which firmware it was when we asked but hey, he might not be a technical one so can't complain ^^

Yep, also the New 3DS Majora's edition is also out in some French store since the 6th.

Got a European one today. Can happily confirm that just like previous poster, it's on 9.0.0-20E!

Btw, I'm aware that the time/date on my 3DS is incorrect, but that's because I was in a hurry to check the firmware and didn't set it. The correct time is displayed to the right on my mobile phone.

And for Zelda, it needs a firmware update ?

I was sure the firmware of EUR N3DS will be 9.0 because behind the AUS N3DS the serial code is: RED-S-EUR-C0, so I think the EUR consoles was made in same time as AUS consoles. For US consoles I don't know.

Make a full nand dump you mean? Currently I'd like to be careful, wait and see because of the recent bannings.

BTW, I can also confirm that the screen protector for the regular 3DS XL fits perfectly on the N3DS XL (put one on today, the screen size is the exact same).

Majora's Mask can't ask an update, so the game is definitively 9.0 or lower. They have to take in consideration people who don't have internet access and as the game is written "preinstalled" and not "downloadable", it have to run without any updates.
