Gaming Major lag in SVR 2010

The games lags a lot in matches with three or more people,in the inferno match,and when the people
talk their movement is behind the voices. Like if the get hit with a chair the sound of the chair hitting
it goes off before the movement of the chair hitting him happens. I tired a cso and iso still the same
tried patching a clean iso myself still happens the speed has to be default just like 2010. Any solutions
I am using psp 1000 5.00 m33-6 I also tried turning off all my plugins and that did not work. I do not
think the speed being default is the problem because 2010 did not have any slowdowns and it had to
be a default speed
I meant to put 2011 in the title not 2010 if a mod could change that

Edit: Scratch that solution to the lag found just use cwcheat to change the cpu speed to 333/166
the in cwcheats settings set show current cpu load to on and no more lag

Well that actually looks pretty good.

What i'd suggest doing is to backup the stick, format it in the PSP, and just put back SVR. Then test it again.

Formatted it then tested it and it still has the issues I am using a ripped version I will try to find
a clean iso and test to see if it fixes it

Edit: A clean iso fixes some of the lag but there is still a lot of noticeable lag in cut scenes and matches
inferno match is still laggy and matches with 3 or more people is still laggy only some cut scenes and
back stage talk is fixed is there another way to fix it or do I have to suffer through the lag

Edit 2: Well I have been playing a lot despite the lag it is bad but not to bad that the game is not enjoyable
especially Jericho's Road to Wrestlemaina

The week before wrestlemaina Triple H beats up Jericho so bad with a spine buster through a table and when Jericho tries to escape in his car Triple H jumps on it with a sledge hammer and breaks the front windshield and drags Jericho out and pedigrees him on the hood of the car it is great especially because Triple H is my favorite wrestler

Sorry to bump this but I have the solution to the lag you have to have cwcheat and change the cpu
in cwcheat to 333/166 then in cwcheat settings set show cpu load on and it will change no more lag
in svr 2011 but you have to change it every time you load it up
