I think ive got a problem. I got the patch and the clean rom and when i press apply patch it freezes for less than a second and does nothing

It's not instant dude, it usually takes a few minutes.

It usually takes a few minutes. If your having an issue you could try updating your framework and then try the patch again.

Use the Action Replay code.

If you're using no$gba it has a cheats function.

Utility > Cheats

For a real DS, some flash carts have a AR built in like the M3DSReal, otherwise you need an actual Action Replay.
