My Wii is connected to a regular computer monitor through a cable. However, it seems like the cable only supports 480p, and Madworld is 480i.
Is there any way to make Madworld functional under this situation, or must I find an old television to play, it, or pay an outrageous amount of money for a cable that supports 480i?

If the cable only supports 480p then you're out of luck I'm afraid. I used to use a VGA box at the start of the Wii's life and found that quite a few games didn't support 480p.

I guess you're only option is to either play it through a TV or go and buy a vga lead/converter that allows an interlaced signal.
