Test was made through USB 2.0 Koutech Multi-card reader.
Top Left: Bare 32GB G.Skill CL6 (brand new)
Top Right: 32GB G.Skill CL6 single in generic MSPD Adapter
Bottom Left: 32GB G.Skill CL6 single in PhotoFast CR-5400
Bottom Right: 2x16GB G.Skill CL6 in PhotoFast CR-5400
Looks like no matter how you cut it, read speeds are affected the most on either adapter. Transfers through PSP-2-USB usually 4MBps Write. ~6MBps Read.
I do have a few more Single MSPD adapters on the way. Will see if they fare any better.
